A Young Man's First Battle, by Matthew, Josh and Ahmad. As part of S.T.A.R.S. Project (Stepping Up Thinking and Academic Rigor for Students) in Forsyth County Schools, GA) Elizabeth's fifth graders rehearsed digital storytelling by making a defining moment in the civil war come ALIVE as a docu-drama. Not only did they find great success but are now extra ready for their own individual inquiry projects this next month. Parents and district staff came to their Applause Applause.
